It means precisely that it shouldn't be done. The separation of powers is called the separation of powers for a reason. They are separate.

Congress was not consulted, nor should Congress be bothered by the business of the Executive branch.

Keep the discussion focussed on what Trump has done in the execution of his official duties as President. So far he has torn down some of the White House to build a long-needed ballroom, to make other renovations and ultimately to give We the People a $300 million gift which we greatly appreciate.

False. You are outright lying. Trump has been completely transparent about every detail, and Karoline leavitt has held several press conferences to answer questions and to clarify White House announcement.
