Excluding non blacks is racist, enforcing national borders is not. Even if Mexicans were a race, which they are not, every country has a right and responsibility to enforce their borders.

This thread is a hoax. Biden said he was picking a woman. Among the dozen are 4 blacks. He is vetting them all for policy beliefs, diplomacy and experience, among other things.

I think he has a point. It’s illegal to discriminate based on race and the law is pretty explicit—if Biden is quoted as wanting only a black woman for VP he is on legal thin ice, imo.
