BIDEN SPENDING BILL WOULD ALLOW CHILD TRAX CREDITS WORTH $BILLIONS FOR ILLEGALS

WRONG. WE HAD A POLITICAL OUTSIDER FOR AWHILE, WHOSE POLICIES WERE GREAT FOR AMERICA.

MORON MADE "MEAN TWEETS" THE ISSUE...

Lol, good one!

I'm so glad Trump balanced the budget, deported all illegals, got our manufacturing out of China, stopped abortion & respected Democratic voting rights.

( Rolls eyes)

I have the moron who started this thread on ignore, but just from the title you can tell it's bullshit. In order to get a child tax credit (not TRAX), you have to be employed and your employer must be reporting your earnings to the IRS. Your employer must also give you a W-2 so that you can file your taxes. Your child(ren) must have social security numbers, which means they are in the system. You must have a social security number, too.

How many illegals do you suppose comply with all of that? The vast majority of them work, get paid, and live in the shadows to avoid being deported.

#ReichwingOutrageFail#732

From the article: President Biden's massive $1.75 trillion spending bill would drop a component of the child tax credit program that could lead to billions in payouts to illegal immigrants.

Tucked away on page 1,647 of the Build Back Better Act, the Democrats' social spending package, is a provision that would repeal the Social Security number requirement to obtain child tax credits. This change would expand child tax credits to parents of illegal immigrants who don't have Social Security numbers.

That is one of the inclusions in both HR 1 (the Fuck the Voters Act), and HR 4 the more insidious version that essentially lets congress make any rules about voting they want if it were to pass.

They want to make sure that even if voters don't bother to vote, the party will be able to vote for them.

Hmm... I only saw an increase in Latinos here between 2016 to 2020.

Yeah, Trump signing a law to get Poland to pay Jews property compensations too for properties lost in the 1940s.

Maybe Poland should get The USA to pay Mexico property compensations from the 1840s.

Absurd.

Sure, that's what it says.

If it's true it's true.

hey stupid in order to receive the tax credit you must first pay taxes wow

This summer, the IRS opened its child tax credit online portals. The first portal is for people not normally required to file an income tax return, including low-income families. And the Child Tax Credit Eligibility Assistant tool -- available in English and now in Spanish -- helps families quickly determine whether they qualify.

The Child Tax Credit Update Portal currently lets families see their eligibility, manage their payments, update their income details and enroll for the advance monthly payments. Parents can also update their direct deposit information and mailing address using the portal.

Well, it's kind of hard to find anything in this bill since:

A. The is no index or table of contents
B. Several different versions floating around on the Internet:
https://www.congress.gov/bill/117th-congress/house-bill/5376/text
https://www.congress.gov/117/crpt/hrpt130/CRPT-117hrpt130-pt2.pdf
https://www.govinfo.gov/content/pkg/BILLS-117hr5376rh/pdf/BILLS-117hr5376rh.pdf
This condensed version:
https://www.speaker.gov/sites/speaker.house.gov/files/UpdatedFact Sheet_TheBuild_BackBetterAct.pdf

Then there are a number of analyses:

https://files.taxfoundation.org/202...se-Democrats-Ways-and-Means-Tax-Proposals.pdf

My view based on this alone is that this bill is a huge porker and total blunder to pass. Nobody knows what's really in it in good part because nobody knows which version is the version they're going to pass.
That one shows over 300,000 jobs lost, and while taxes will go up on most people, they go up the least on the rich while falling far short of paying for the things in the Big Bucks Blunder.

Bet you didn't read the last two either, am I right?

Actually, I've read parts of these, but they're all well over 2000 pages long. With no index or table of contents it's damn hard to find anything in them. Another thing they do is often reference other existing laws and say they're changing this or that in that law. So, no you have to go look up that other law to see what the hell they're talking about. The whole thing is so convoluted and imprecise that I seriously doubt anybody knows what's in it.
