Less than 7% of the population (black males) committing OVER 50% of the MURDERS alone (not even counting other crimes) , is a GREAT REASON why blacks get pulled over at a HIGHER RATE than whites ; they commit a FAR HIGHER RATE OF CRIMES ESPECIALLY VIOLENT ONES.
