Okay, who in their right mind would let themselves be arrested because some asshole Starbuck's "barista" asked them to leave?

If this were me, I'd wait for my friend outside, and say, "these people are assholes, I'm not giving them one red cent". This is sounding like a staged event to moi.

And yet they were still arrested and led off the property, in cuffs, for not leaving when asked to.

Possibly they texted their "friend" and said "get over here; because we're not leaving, since they won't let us use the Restroom".
 
The lady who filmed this said there was nothing leading up to the cops showing up. They weren't even asked to leave as far as she is aware. The cops just showed up. She says the men were quiet and compliant. Never raised their voices or anything. She says their friend showed up just when the cops did and then the two men were being arrested for trespassing and everyone who witnessed the event were asking the cops why were they being arrested as they had done nothing.

She said everyone assumes there was a "what happened before the cops showed up" but in this case, nothing happened.

Even liberals know black men mean trouble. I wouldn't be surprised if these trash-balls did this in the hope they would be arrested and could then sue. Or maybe go fund me will give them a million bucks. Blacks love scams since they can't make money honestly.

So this, "as far as she is aware", could mean that the entire situation was handled with out making a scene, by the Manager or she just wasn't paying attention. :dunno:

If stupidity was against the law, you're correct. I can make a better cup of coffee for a tenth of the price in about a tenth of the time.
I'd also add that anybody that uses Facebook and their personal information gets "hacked" has only themselves to blame.
I'll also add that anybody that took out a mortgage they knew they couldn't pay only because they were approved deserved to suffer the consequences. Too bad the banks didn't have to.
It comes down to personal responsibility.
