During the Russian civil war, the Bolsheviks had to fight against a concerted effort by the White armies, which were a coalition comprised of democratic socialists, supporters of the liberal provisional government, social democrats, Orthodox nationalists, cossacks, and a smattering of monarchists.

In short, while democratic socialists were trying to defend Russia against the Bolsheviks, conservative nobility and rightwing landowners were fleeing in terror to sit out the civil war in Paris and London.

When you tried to conflate the self-styled democratic socialist Bernie Sanders with Bolsheviks, the appropriate response to me was to admit your ignorance, to admit you had absolutely no idea the Russian democratic socialists were enemies of the Bolsheviks.

Instead of just admitting your ignorance, the worst thing you could have done was to frantically google for a few minutes to try to figure out what I meant by the Provisional Government, Alexander Kerensky, and the White Movement in the civil war. That was just a clownish attempt to avoid admitting you did not know what you were talking about.

The establishment is the 1% and the business-as-usual politicians that serve them.
When CNN and MSNBC try to paint Bernie out as being crazy or promising impossible things, that's the establishment trying to stop Bernie. Yes, at the end of the day, it's about votes. But when people hear over and over again that Bernie is an unrealistic choice for beating Trump, they start to believe it.

Tulsi could wipe the floor with anyone lol. She went right at Kamala Harris and it was like watching a one-sided MMA fight. The only woman left in the race is kept out of the debates by the DNC. And she is their best candidate by a mile.

Tulsi has no base in the Dem party. they don't care about interventionism anymore. Libya proved that.

Bernie would never stand up to the eternal war establishment though. The democrat establishment fears [rightfully] both Bernie’s actual socialism and his electability. I think that weighs in their minds more than anything.

Gabbard would definitely stand up to the war addicts. Probably explains a few things.

Gabbard is almost to the point of not having foreign troops in any countries - she's almost an isolationist.
Bernie has spoken of "war by coalitions" as CiC - he eschews any US leadership
