BOOM

Yep, identity politics, political correctness, every conceivable combination of ism's and climate hysteria to the max. The single thing she may have accomplished is sorting out Obamacare but I even doubt that, to be honest.

If the Dems can find a decent woman who is not a shreiking banshee like Shrillary and is not from the gender political Left then they ought to win. Sadly I don't know if any, they all seem to be Shrillary clones.

Roaring economy isn't lifting Donald Trump approval rating. He has only himself to blame.

A good economy isn't making Trump popular and probably never will. It's not in his DNA to be decent, classy or respectful of our fragile democracy.

What’s a guy have to do to be popular?

Unemployment is 3.9 percent. Gasoline prices are up, but at $2.84 (AAA’s national average), they still seem far from “ouch” territory. Retailers, restaurants and summer vacation spots say business is good. The stock market is once again touching all-time highs. On Wednesday, the government said the economy grew at a 4.2 percent pace in the second quarter — faster than first thought. It's the fifth best quarter in fact, for the last decade.

And yet, says an Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research survey, 62 percent of Americans say the nation is on the wrong track. As for the man at the top, President Donald Trump’s approval — as measured by the FiveThirtyEight average of all polls — is an anemic 41.5 percent.

When the economy’s this good, the president usually gets the credit. In 1999 and 2000, during the last two years of Bill Clinton’s presidency, the stock market was booming, gas was cheap, people had money to burn. The unemployment rate dropped to 3.9 percent. Sounds familiar, right? Yet Clinton’s approval was in the 60s, at times hitting 66 percent — 25 percentage points higher than Trump now

These numbers spell trouble as the November midterms approach. The president’s name won’t be on any ballot, but midterms are always about the man in the Oval Office. FiveThirtyEight and two closely watched political forecasters — the University of Virginia’s Center for Politics and the Cook Political Report — all say the stage is set for a Democratic takeover of the House. This in turn could mean — as the president himself acknowledged on Fox News last week — that he could face impeachment next year.

Boom indeed. Cute how those who don't understand the economic forces, simply post half baked concoctions about how well 'the economy' is doing. And, typically, it's from someone who hasn't got two nickels to rub together, but is too stupid to know it.

Boomed these idiots right out of their own thread. :0)
Because the truth hurts. Wait until Walmart hikes prices in the coming months. Haven't heard anything a lately about the 'Mexico deal' that isn't a deal at all, but 100,000 auto workers will be on the unemployment line if that nonsense comes to fruition. I'm just glad that I ordered my new work van this year.

Is the sound annasshead's exploding head will make when the Mueller report comes out and makes the case that Trump is the most treasonous and all around criminal President in the history of this country.
Don’t forget the SDNY, that’s the one that’s going to hurt.

I read everyone ordered their cheap stuff for Christmas, but Jan. 1 will bring the price increases. Stock up now.

The dirty little secret is the ‘racist GOP’ would elect any individual of any race or ethnicity, provided, they would effectively lead the country. And either gender. Though we may not be quite ready for the man who thinks he’s woman bit lol.

It would be nice to clone Ben Carson and Trump, for example. Myself and many other Trump supporters liked Ben. He had the right ideas but the media and the lefties would have eaten him alive. They tend to do that with gentlemanly conservatives. It’s because of the media and the left that we needed to elect a fighter like Trump.

I’m happy with my vote thus far.

Don’t forget that Sept. 30 is looming. Will Trump shut down the government over his wall? He also didn’t give raises, a very unpopular move amongst federal workers.

So you might have pay more to repatriate jobs from China back to the US, seems you only like bringing back jobs as long as you don't have to pay any more!!

Glad to see you are resisting the top 1% by making sure they get more profits.

As much as you hate her I don't see how you can deny her intelligence and experience in government. I don't agree with everything she's said and done, especially voting for the Iraq war. But that doesn't make her any different from all the others who did the same. I also don't believe we can surmise what she would be doing had she won the election . She's a pragmatist. Even her foes in the Senate, like Gingrich, came around to liking her and working with her. She's not an uber-partisan divider like trump. I can't ever see Hillary saying in reference to white supremacists that "there are very fine people on both sides." If you're a white supremacist by definition you are not "very fine people." I don't care if you go to church every Sunday and take care of your ailing grandmother, if you're a white supremacist you're flawed.

That's the theory, but you can't possibly compete with the labor overseas when coupled with health insurance, and what used to be enviro regulations. No jobs are coming back, no matter how many tariffs you impose.
Best if they only gave tax breaks to corporations that brought jobs back...but that will never happen.

She's an idiot. What kind of dummy tries to hide fedco email records, and calls half of the electorate deplorables?

you idiot.
Manufacturing jobs are already coming back -you know the one's Obama said would never come back?
Labor is more then costs as well. skills, proximity to market. Look at the auto industry coming back bigly in the south because of low taxes
