Very true. But your warnings come too late and fall upon infertile ground. MAGATs' ears are closed to truth. Their eyes are closed to reality. Their minds are so filled with rage, grievance, bigotry, resentment, hate that no rationality can creep in. Americans to ensure we have liberty, Trump immediately stopped any and all of the
American hating criminals from entering our country, by securing the wall. Now it's
up to the American voters to vote a straight REPUBLICAN ticket come November to
ensure that the American hating DSA and its cowardly democrat politicians don't get
the political power to kill America in every aspect. These dems want to abolish the
presidency, the senate, ICE, and resume the open border policy of the late joe biden.
There is nothing American or ensuing liberty coming out of the anti American democrat

So I take it that you were perfectly okay with having some 20 million illegal criminals come through our southern border under biden's open border to where some 300,000 children went missing or were used as sex slaves etc.? BTW, under Trump's administration, some 160,000 or so of these missing children have been found. So in summary....Trump has restored and made sure that our
American Liberty will never again be threatened, as it was under the disgraceful biden administration.

With any luck we will. It happened once before. We got FDR instead of a Huey Long type. People think it was FDR’S democratic socialist policies that saved our bacon. Maybe. I think there were other -Stu’s that would have worked, can’t say as well. However what I think was more important in his election was its representing a return to ethics and fundamentals of reasoning that wasn’t present in our “roaring twenties” through the early 1930’s.

The same lost fundamentals currently lost in this age.

As a New Yorker who saw Trump coming up and knew him for what he is I’ve been spouting this warning since he first made POTUS noises.

Social advances seem to follow a trend of advancement to a point and then some social backlash before the cycle restarts.

In the end, I'm a firm believer we're simply at the bottom of a low point in the cycle and things will get better from here over the next decade or two.

Not the last one. Remember the late Sixties? Early Seventies? Then we had the Greed Decade. Presidents can influence the economy, but they don't make good ones, only bad ones.

The rise of White Nationalism is a backlash of the LW social pressures to "advance". Don't get me wrong, I support social advancement and freedom for all, but I also know that pushing too hard socially will result in social backlash.

* Close prisons, and release all the prisoners.
* Riot and loot.
* Support organized crime.
* Implement full blown communism.
* Discard the electoral college.
* Rule by thuggery.
* Discard the Constitution of the United States and all State constitutions.
* Provide extremely expensive 'free' healthcare that's worthless.
* Defund and disband the police.
* Provide extremely expensive 'free' college that's worthless.
* Provide extremely expensive 'free' housing that's little more than a slum.
* Support working families by putting them out of work.
* Tax the 'rich', which basically means everyone, to pay for their nonsense. Sorry, not enough people to tax, morons.
* Implement the Church of Green, the Church of the Ozone Hole, and the Church of Global Warming as state religions.
* Support terrorist organizations and CARE.
* Allow non-citizens to vote.
* Destroy the Supreme Court.
