Kirby was a big dude and likely a chronic user so I doubt that that dose of fentanyl killed him outright. But throw in a weak ticker and it can become different matter pretty quickly.

Factor in the extenuating circumstances and this becomes a very weak case; and it sounds like you were one that jumped the gun on it.

Since no coroner has said the fentanyl is a factor in his death, it is you that is making a weak case. Your honor, we should ignore all the evidence presented by doctors that examined the body and instead rely on some idiot from the internet who is arguing something that no doctor has concluded.
