The trump administration is still covering up the Epstein trafficking ring and looking for ways to pardon Maxwell. Every trumptard accusation is a confession, Yagina.
Why didn’t Creepy Joe Biden’s DOJ ever release the government’s Epstein investigative files?
Not the civil depositions a judge unsealed in January 2024. Not flight logs that had already leaked years earlier. The actual FBI/DOJ investigative files — grand-jury material, seized digital evidence, the 300-gigabyte cache, the case file that later took an act of Congress to force into the open.
Those files sat in touchy-feely Joe's Justice Department for the entire Biden presidency.
- The two federal investigations were conducted in 2006–08 (Bush) and 2019 (Trump 1). Epstein was arrested and died in 2019. Maxwell was tried and convicted in 2021 — on touchy-feely Joe Biden’s watch.
- Creepy Joe Biden’s DOJ did not release the government’s investigative files. Judges unsealed some civil records from Giuffre v. Maxwell. That is not the same thing as Joe Biden's DOJ opening the case file.
- "Grand-jury secrecy" and “active investigation / appeal” were the official excuses given for withholding the files. Can any JPP lefty explain why the same people now chant "Team Epstein" as "proof" of alleged "guilt", but were silent during four four years under handsy Joe Biden?
- BTW, lefties, the big dumps of the investigative records came after Congress passed the Epstein Files Transparency Act in November 2025. That was not a Biden initiative.
If the files were a smoking gun Shamala could've used against Donald Trump, Biden’s own Justice Department had four years, Maxwell already convicted, and every political incentive in the world to show the world what was in them.
They didn’t, did they?
So the question isn’t “why doesn’t Trump release them?”, lefties.
The question is
why the demands only got loud
after Democrats no longer controlled the DOJ.
I suspect I know the answer.
If your answer is “Trump,” you’ve conceded you can’t explain the four years of Democrat silence.
