So your theory is that people from urban areas of California are going to very rural areas of the Pacific Northwest and committing crimes. The reality is people commit crimes where they feel comfortable, not in alien areas. I just do not buy it.

And given how these urban Californians would stick out like sore thumbs, what is your theory for why the police have failed to catch them? What is your theory for why the police say you are completely wrong?
