Can Omarosa even read?. Graduate of two HBCUs

When it comes to academics, being female is actually a disadvantage to getting into a school. Women make up a disproportionate share of college applicants (other than in certain engineering-type schools), so schools looking to create a somewhat even gender balance in their student bodies end up having to be more lenient in their admissions criteria for men. That's been true for quite some time:

Women have benefitted from AA for years in university admissions. Now women dominate in numbers. Yet one is considered a bigot for suggesting any changes to the admissions status quo.

Did you read the story I linked to? Here's another:

At least at private colleges, the normal practice is to discriminate against women, in an attempt to create a more even gender balance. As that link above suggests, you wouldn't expect women applicants to be turned down more often to college, since they performed better, on average, in high school (e.g., 70% of valedictorians are female), but there's effectively affirmative action for men at private colleges. That's not true of all of them. For example, my alma mater, Princeton, is known for math, science, and economics, so there are more male applicants than female ones, and that leads to females being admitted at a higher rate. The same is true for MIT, for example. But for private universities overall, and liberal arts-oriented schools in particular, the usual tendency is for heavy affirmative action in favor of men.

I did read the story. The biggest beneficiary for years of AA was (white) women. It led to where we are today with women dominate in numbers at Universities.

I don't understand your argument. According to your own material, despite being raised in apparently underprivileged circumstances (apparently, a single-parent family after the age of seven, as well as the usual handicaps of being black and female in this society), she received a bachelor's degree and a masters degree, was working on a doctorate, and eventually rose to the level of a fairly high-profile position in the White House. That doesn't sound like someone who cannot read, does it? I may not like what she represents in our culture (the same sewer-crawling sensibility that gave us one president who was a B-movie cowboy and another who was a reality TV host), but it seems likely she must have a lot going on, mentally, to rise from obscurity and disadvantage to academic and career accomplishment surpassing what most Americans will achieve in their lifetimes.

WE HAVE A WINNER HERE!

Which part of the story did you interpret as saying that, specifically?

You know what would be a really good interview ...

I'd like to know what Omarosa's husband, John Allen Newman thinks of Donald Trump calling his wife a Dog.

... Hummm, as a matter of fact, I wonder what anyone here on this forum would say if any Man called their Wife a Dog.

Anyone ... anyone ... opinions ... ?

Donald Trump calling someone else a dog is like Alex Jones calling someone else opinionated.

No. What prior history are you referring to? When do you think the pro-female AA in college admissions happened, and what evidence do you see that it happened?

You're asking for evidence that white women were the biggest beneficiaries of AA? No disrespect but that's pretty basic knowledge

Keep in mind that affirmative action would be equally available to all black females as to her. Yet how many black females have her academic accomplishments? Consider that for 2014-15, according to the National Center for Educational Statistics, only about 87,000 master's degrees were awarded to blacks, versus 433,000 for non-Hispanic whites. So, non-Hispanic whites outnumber blacks by about 4.7-to-1, yet non-Hispanic whites get master's degrees at 8.4 times the rate of blacks. That suggests that whatever advantage is conferred to blacks by way of affirmative action is far outweighed by the advantage conferred to whites by institutional racism -- that, all things considered, it's far easier for a white person to get such a degree than a black person. In fact, what Ms. Manigault accomplished was, relative to her race, nearly as big an academic accomplishment as a white person getting a doctorate. And that's despite her not having come from a position of social or economic advantage. She couldn't, like Trump, rely on a wealthy father donating a building to get into a university. And if she'd screwed up in high school, she couldn't expect her family to pay for her to go to some private facility that specialized in handing out diplomas to the troubled children of aristocrats. She basically had to make it on her own. It's possible to dislike her personality and her cultural niche while still recognizing how rare her level of accomplishments are for someone who comes from her socioeconomic background.

Stupid jackass. You are assuming blacks have equal intelligence as whites and that is proven false. Explain this

1. Black-americans come in last in all standardized tests. Asian-americans do fine on all the tests so it's not due to cultural bias in the tests.

2. Africa is by far the poorest and most backward continent on the planet. All of black africa is now controlled by blacks and has been for decades so it's not due to racism.

3. No black has ever won a Science Nobel Prize unless you count one in 1979 for the semi-science of economics. They have won many nobels in non-brain fields like Peace and also in Literature so it is not due to racism.

4. Out of 1552 chess grandmasters in the world, only THREE are black.

HAHAHA. Did you really say that.?? There is no college, public or private, that discriminates against women.
They don't want gender balance. Like you they are all men-haters.

... and White Men attack White Children more than any other Race ... how Smart is that Einstein?

... and how many chess grand-masters are on Forbes List?

It truly is laughable when people who do not know what they are talking about...open their mouths and allow sounds to come out...or type message simply because they have a keyboard at their disposal.

FACT IS...it is entirely possible for cultural bias to impact on the test results you mentioned...and still have all black-Americans (that is capitalized, you know) come in last and Asian-Americans do just fine.

Think about it!

If you doubt me...ask any competent logician...and he/she will confirm what I just wrote.
