I just don't see average citizens being at the polls on voting day with guns ready to shoot it out with ICE holding fetal federal warrants.

Maybe I am wrong, but what I see is angry citizens racing to the courts as they did with Bush v Gore and the courts saying 'ya your claim has merit but our hands are tied due to Constitutional requirements for certification we have no power to change.
