I guess I'm super lucky then that all the Muslims that I went to school with, lived near, worked with, and the two physicians who delivered my five kids didn't behead me.

Used to live and work in suburbs of St. Louis that were very diverse. The two OBs I had were both Muslims, from Turkey. A large percentage of the physicians in hospitals in the STL area are not-American born. Quite a few nurses are "foreigners" as well. My nursing class had students from Ukraine to Belize to Sierra Leone to Senegal. The health care field is filled with people of all nations and faiths and races.

We get it. You're afraid of Muslims. The rest of us are not.

Iraq was a war that was voted on by congress but it was fought with gloves on and not to win. We should have fought it like we fought the Germans! Almost completely destroy it and than talk with whos left. They would have gotten the idea...the Germans did! Should have fought NK the same way we wouldn't have Rocket Man in place now!

We fight our enemies now with kid gloves not to destroy them and win

Obama should have and now Trump should completely destroy ISIS at all cost...but it will never happen because of people like u here worried about civilians being killed. Did we worry about them fighting Germany and Japan in WW2...nope if we did we would have lost!!!!!!

I can't believe I'm trying to discuss something with a cretin, but here goes.

Apparently you were still in diapers during Iraq II. Don't you recall seeing the old news reels of Dubya pronouncing it "Mission Accomplished" because we went in to liberate the Iraqi people from the evil WMD-hoarding Saddam?

So is that how you "liberate" people -- bomb the living fuck out of them? We managed to kill 100K+ civilians while "saving" them from Saddam.
 
Obama created this by going into Syria and letting his red line be crossed. Should have let the hammer drop then but he didn't! Syria was not approved by congress Iraq was

Worked in Germany ..we just didn't bomb enough in Iraq

Those are ISIS convoys riding around u cant tell me we didn't see them...but we didn't bomb them because a goat herder or two may have been close by

WWII really isn't a good example because it's a war that easily could have been avoided and Americans were made so war-crazy that we were still committing war crimes against the Germans and Japanese after the war was over. I get killing for survival, but sometimes crossing that line gets out of hand.

Regardless of what side of the fence you're on, I just want some consistency. If Trump is right for pulling out of Syria, Obama was right for pulling out of Iraq. If Obama was wrong, so is Trump. We shouldn't have double standards.
