Expect to see a lot more from the far Right the closer we get to the election, especially if Trump blows his speech next week. Even RWers are hoping he won't speak.

Will Trump read a statement by Ivanka off his "palm pilot"? Use a pre-recorded statement? Start on script then go off script for 25 minutes of a 30 minute "speech"?

I'd put the odds at 30%, 10% and 60% respectively.

FWIW, the Republican party has been destroying itself by fratricide since the Newt led the Republican Revolution in 1994. The GOP was mortally wounded by the Neocons and the body was shredded by the Party of Trump. It's now the Republican party in name only: pro-Russia, anti-Europe, populist promises, grossly catastrophic overspending, raising the national debt to bankruptcy levels and turning US politics into a Third World nation.

With the exception of being more authoritarian, the Democrats are still spendthrift bleeding hearts.
