It depends on how the jury sees it, but I tend to agree he helped provoke the events.

I strongly doubt Kyle is going to walk. IMO, it's mostly a matter of waiting to see how many decades he's going to get. LOL

As for the Judge, he did okay for a small town judge with the spotlight of the world on him.

I don't know if it is legal, but the prosecution's final words to the jury should address whether or not they want to make it known that children with illegal weapons are welcome to patrol their streets, hunting for trouble.

Everyone on the net seems to know the backgrounds of the deceased. Were their criminal records allowed in as testimony?

If so, why did the judge leave all background info on Rittenhouse out?

Our courts are weighted on presumption of innocence.

Unlike the JPP Trump cocksuckers and White Supremacist Terrorist supporters, the Jury knows that Kyle didn't know anything about the people he shot. Kyle was simply reacting to a situation. It's the facts of that situation that is being considered, not whether or not someone was a model citizen.
