CNN HAS FINALLY GREW A SPINE

I hope the stupid bastard gets pulled over and busted.
Had one of these stupid idiots hit a bus I was on. He was on the cell phone and pull out in front of a double decker bus.
Busses don't do emergency braking. They use their mass to plow through whatever is in front of them. It's safer for their passengers.

The idiot had his car destroyed, he wound up in the hospital, then the court, lost the title to the car (the insurance company didn't cover it), and spent a year in jail.

They passed a law here in PA. NO cell phones while driving, and the cops are supposed to look for it.
Funny, I still see women on their phones while driving. It's probably a good thing I'm not a cop...

Just goes to show the value of an unmarked cop car.
Just cruise the roads, looking for shit like this.

Welp, its official...I have now been banned from X, The Huffington Post, Next Door and Youtube commentary.....PPl and FaceB I suspect is next...oh well.....LOL Freedom of speech is only valid when you don't speak out on conservative issues.

Yes it is, anchovies. Even more distracting is flipping through the channels, as you describe that that you do. That qualifies as 'distracted driving' in quite a few jurisdictions, anchovies.
So now listening to the radio is not only distracting but one can actually get arrested for listening to the radio while driving a car, okie dokie, must be maga law

I’ll flip through the cable stations while driving, but I do not sit and watch them on TV, life is too short for that. I do record Fareed Zakaria‘s Sunday morning show

Cable news is infotainment, it is all designed to reach designated audiences, to give them what they want, Fox and MSNBC being the extremes.

CNN isn’t as blatant, more comparable to NewsNation, which is the Hill, or as some refer to it as Fox soft

Are they all partisan, to a degree yes, some more than others, but if you are looking for real news, you are not going to be looking there
Yes, cable news channels are like ESPN but for politics.

Fox News and MSNBC give the partisans the tribal endorphins they're looking for.

In theory there would seem to be room for a cable news station in the middle from a business perspective, but I don't know. And I don't know if that's what CNN is aiming for. What is CNN's model? Who is their target audience?

It’s a tough gig, to keep a 24/7 audience cable news has to entertain to turn a buck, melodrama sells, even ESPN often shovels out garbage when live events are happening

MAGA is not a law. Yes, you can get fine for it. You won't get arrested unless you fight with cops.

Ok Archives, I did a google search and the AI overview showed this:

""CNN competes with MSNBC by focusing heavily on global breaking news and field reporting instead of relying primarily on partisan primetime commentary.

Editorial Differences
CNN positions itself as a mainstream, centrist-to-center-left network that highlights live reporting and international news. MSNBC leans further left, especially in prime time, focusing on political analysis that critiques conservative policies.""

So you said you don't watch these channels? I suppose you won't know the answer here. I guess it makes sense what they're saying above.

Are you still here? Still lonely obviously.
I am never lonely enough to post like a maniac like some of you morons do on social media. I got my weed, friends and my on site gambling venues and local casino's to keep me busy....LOL et you?
