The New York Times probably didn’t start their day planning to blow up Jane Doe’s case against the so-called “Cornell 7,” but its own reporting has done just that.
Buried inside the Times’ reconstruction of the accusations against seven Cornell frat members is a sequence of events that dramatically changes the picture and essentially tells the world these young guys are innocent and there was no rape.

The Cornell University Gang Rape Story unraveled a little more Wednesday when additional text messages between the alleged victim (known only as Jane Doe) and one of the men she’s accusing of rape were released.
CBS News uncovered texts it says are between Jane Doe and one of the accused where she flat-out says that “none of the sexual stuff was illegal,” that she enjoyed being with him and another guy, and would like to get together again.
Now ABC News has uncovered even more texts where Jane Doe expresses regret for her behavior, especially after gossip about the group sex made its way around campus, but she still says it was consensual:
While there is no question that if the event as described happened and was indeed consensual, everyone’s behavior was still revolting and Cornell was right to shutter the frat house, suspend some of the men involved, and expel others. The illegal drug use alone justified that, and if the district attorney wants to prosecute the seven men and Jane Doe for underage drinking and the drugs, he will not get an argument from me.

I actually was legit " kind of raped" by a female once". Very screwed up story,....kinda funny actually,....sounds crazy but YES,...it actually did happen. In my 20s I was pretty wild, had a lot of fun,...was pretty good with women , yada yada....So,...Im out at a dance club one sat night doing what guys in they're 20's do. Partying like a rock star,...not falling down drunk,...but yeah,...DRUNK. So there were these three sisters I kind of knew but just casually. The oldest was a very nice girl,...but pretty homely. Then there was a sister that was REALLY cute, then there was a 3rd sister that was what I would call SUB prime,...nobody I would sleep with in my 20s. So,...the Hot one kind of picks me up. Offers that we just go back to her place,...I did,....I slept with her, got up in the Am,...said our good byes and that was that. Thought nothing of it. The Next week I see the homely nice one when and she told me what happened. The hottie was the bait. So, I slept with Hottie,...fell asleep,...then Hottie goes and gets subprime and has her sneak in bed with me as if she was hottie. She wakes me up for a little 4 am action. I fall back to sleep. Then Hottie gets back in bed like nothing happened. Then around 8 am I wake her up for a little before I leave action....LOL So,....should I sue them now for the ABUSE they put me thru?
