When Biden pushes the ‘reorder button’ for vaccines, who *secured* and financed those contracts with the pharmaceuticals? Obama lol?

Through Operation Warp Speed Biden was set up for the win. Literally, all he has to do is distribute the vaccines that are supplied through existing contracts with the pharmaceuticals. Contracts, that were secured through OWS. Then Biden had the audacity to tell a bald faced lie about there ‘not being any plan in place’ when he got installed.

You won’t like it but the fact is this: Trumps leadership on OWS saved thousands of lives—if not tens of thousands. And it wasn’t just ‘throwing money at the pharmaceuticals’ though that was part of it. It also entailed a lot of teamwork from various actors.
