What you fail to see is that there's not only two options: wet market or weaponized development to stop Trump. The third, and most likely option, if you aren't a conspiracy theorists, is that the virus accidentally escaped the lab, just as other viruses have in the past. For example, in 2007, a BSL 4 lab in England accidentally let foot-in-mouth disease escape. It was a huge deal because in 2001, 6 million animals had to be killed for the same virus. It also happened in the UK in the 60's.

In fact, China has had three other lab leaks since the 70's one of them involved H1N1.

I didn't say there wasn't Covid on cruise ships. YOU said Covid was shipped here, apparently on cruise ships. It wasn't. The first case was in Washington in January of 2020 and it was a person who had visited Wuhan.

FYI: Chinese labs are not bound by the same restrictions as US labs regarding biological research methods. To date, no answer as to what Wuhan was contracted to work on and why.

My bad... this 2024 article should have been included. I feel both articles point to how US labs can outsource, everyone makes money ... but there is a question as to the BSL labs regarding Covid .... and what exactly were US labs outsourcing and to what level in Wuhan. Fauci says don't worry, but never gave specifics:
