Biden will be 82 in 2024. He will not seek re-election.

No Vice President followed the President that selected them as VP into office in modern American history.

However, Harris will be a shoe-in if Biden's 4 year term is successful and he leaves office with very favorable ratings with the American vocal and voting majority.

Biden did when he was VP. They are trying so hard to make this stick and it’s not working, in fact the American people are very impressed with Biden and his administration that they are having a problem trying to make any negativity stick.
