Answer: because election administration and determinations belong to the State. If the State Supreme Court adjudicates it and says it is OK that is the last word.

The idea that magat Feds can say ' if our guy wins we will let it stand but if our guy loses we want it over turned ' shows what a joke their stance is.

You obviously don’t understand what the criminal investigation is about. It’s not about the actual election.
It’s about the attempt by the Peltola campaign workers to defraud the voters.
