Again, not all race, urban, Memphis is one of Tennessee’s only two urban areas, and now, after having a representative with similar interests and urban background, who is white by the way, they are stuck with three outsiders

And Trump did cut it up, without Trump starting the whole Redistricting bullshit in Texas Memphis would still have their own representative

The gerrymandering was Trump's idea. He ordered some states to re-district.
