Trump has the authority to retain documents and material related to his Presidency. He does not need to declassify anything. He has that authority.

Biden NEVER had any authority to have secret documents at all. They were also known to be exposed to agents from China and Ukraine.

The Hildabeast had classified documents on an illegal e-mail server she was using to circumvent federal laws regarding government documents but the FBI didn't even bother to show up and take all of that computer equipment.

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz and 34 other Democrats in Congress were using a family of foreign nationals to do their computer networking and management and who had access to classified information. When it turned out they were stealing government computers and hard drives, had committed massive fraud in billing, the FBI simply collected the evidence and the whole incident went down a memory hole to be forgotten.

Swalwell was sleeping with a Chinese spy who had her Chinese spy friends on his staff. No massive FBI investigation over that.

At least Trump, as President when he took those documents, had the authority to declassify them as he saw fit. But, his mistake was being a Republican.
