Moore was not yet elected when the accusations against him came out. The voters have a right to know who wants to hold public office and nobody forced anyone to not vote for him. Plus, the things Moore is reported to have done, constitute felony crimes punishable by years in prison.

Al Franken on the other hand, is a serving Senator who had already been elected and reelected. Forcing him to resign was the will of other politicians, not the will of the voters. Finally, Franken was not accused of attempted statutory rape. The worst he was accused of doing was squeezing a buttocks or two through clothing and mouth kissing a bit too enthusiastically.

Not even in the same ballpark.

But we are all familiar with contard propaganda tactics, so we all expect for your kind to attempt to conflate the two vastly different cases.

Do you have proof Moore did what he was ASSUSED of doing? We have proof that Franken actually did something. You're correct. Not in the same ballpark except to a Liberal that believe unsubstantiated accusations are worse than proven actions.

Seems you're confused. Actually doing something that can be proven is worse than claiming someone did something that hasn't been proven. You lefties seem to confuse those two.

Proof of accusations against a CANDIDATE are not necessary because it's all got to do with what the voters believe. Nobody forced Moore to resign from anything he had been elected to.

In Moore's case, the entire town where he lived was familiar with his antics involving underage teenage girls. It was common knowledge.

Funny how you demand proof of accusations against a child molester, but you were happy to lap up any accusations made against Hillary Clinton regarding her emails.

And what proof is there that you claim exists against Franken? The pic of him PRETENDING to grope Tweeden's breasts? You can see plain as day that he isn't really touching her. I don't excuse what he did, it was stupid. But it falls far short of Moore driving a 14 y/o girl to a dark, secluded spot and trying to force her head into his crotch.

But then again, I guess for "some guys", that might just be a typical evening.
