I don't believe either tortured as well. That said, the title was meant to be gratuitous and sarcastic.
It was simply the statement of a detainee. For several years detainee statements against the Bush administration have been taken as gospel by partisan leftists and anti American zealots.

I'd love to see any of you produce a serious article or quote from a leftie where they relied on testimony from a detainee regarding Bush's use of torture.
Bush's use & advocacy for torture is well-documented, and substantiated by those on both the left & right, without the need for "quotes" from detainees.

It wasn't because "terrorists said it" that it became known as the truth. US SOLDIERS also said it.
There were pictures and validated testimony to back it up and there were people in the Bush Administration defending the use of torture.
NONE of that exists in this case.
All there is in this case is hapless and rejected right-wingers looking to score points at the expense of American security and our future.
