Did Trump back down?

No problem, they'll be held indefinitely allllllllllllllllllllllllllllll together as a family unit.
YOU get your dictator and WE can a country without a bunch of illegals running the streets. :awesome:

Kids will not be torn from their parents.

That is a good goal.

If the abomination ends up as a dictator (certainly not an impossibility)...we will have earned it big time.

Good grief. Imagine that disgusting, ugly, narcissist as an American dictator. Perhaps the part of the world that thinks Americans have no class are right. Trump certainly has none...and if he ends up dictator...well...

Thats the first time Ive seen Rump backdown, Congress threatened him or there were some bad polling numbers.

I think both.

More will come out during the week ahead.

Keep in mind...the more Trump and his team deny a particular...the more sure you can be that it is true.

Think so?

Congress is impotent, they did nothing.
This was the classic "Solomon solution"...families stay together, illegals are forced to go before a judge PRIOR to release. Gonna have to get a lot more judges sent to the upcoming detention centers.

It will be interesting to see if Congressional dems will also be willing to go along with Trump's more permanent solutions to the whole immigration issue and enact some sound law. Bets anyone?
They'll lose even more support if they don't because of what Trump did today. Dems won't be able to claim willingness to "cross the aisle" anymore. This puts the pressure on the dems now to show how hard they're willing to work with pubs as well.

MAGA! :flagsal:

tell em to stop coming here illegally

They have always and forever been here at the behest of your Wall Street/donor/"job creator" class or sometning would have been done.

Who has control of both houses and the white house?

And the instances I'm thinking of in the past were american children already here, but non-white as would be ok with you anyway.

How do you feel about Rump backing down...

He didn't back down on anything I materially care about. He is still going forward with ZERO tolerance and lets be honest that is what you really care about. As long as the fuckers are deported, I don't give two shits if you put them in cages with adults like you want, Whatever happens to them in adult detention centers is on your head. That is what you wanted. My conscience is clean.

But, catch and release is over.

Nothing to celebrate.

It's very possible that a suit will be filed shortly citing the Flores settlement and stare decisis.

Obama lost a case based on that premise.

The judge ordered the RELEASE of the illegal immigrant minors and their alleged parents.

The DEMOCRATS are already ahead of you.

I have no illusions that there are those in the GOP who welcome open borders. Open borders is a truly bipartisan position among the globalists in our country and it transcends party. I don't give a fuck what those open borders fucks think. That is why I hate McCain and am glad he is suffering from a devastating brain tumor that can't kill him fast enough for me. It is a minor pay back for the pain he has inflicted on this country as a politician.
