The other half of the Duran correctly stated today that ordering the pentagon is not enough....the CIA runs the war against Russia....they would need to be ordered to stop attacking Russian oil infrastructure, and they would need to follow those orders......which is iffy.

Mostly the CIA does whatever it wants to do, it is a part of the Swamp....the Constitutional government does not control it.
