There is a threat to U.S. forces in the region by Iran according to media sources. We have not had diplomatic relations with Iran since 1980. The U.S. sending carrier groups over the ME as a show of force is so common place I am surprised this is even a news story.

So understand this- Hezbollah = resistance. Izrael= occupation. So Hezbollah is only a 'terrorist' organization to those who support illegal occupation. Unfortunately for Western ..er.....morality.....that's most of the prosemitic West. But that's all. The majority of world states do not consider Hezbollah to be a terrorist organization at all.
So calling Hezbollah ' terrorists ' is like calling Izraelis ' moral '.
