The pattern is complete:


  1. Strong absolute claim
  2. Fact-check
  3. Soft pivot to “rumored”
  4. Quiet concession (“Never confirmed”)
  5. Personal abuse when the concession is pointed out

He’s no longer defending the original statement. He’s just mad that it got examined.

I suspect that most government (R)s prefer to have an unintelligent, easily-manipulated-by-appealing-to-his-ego figurehead like Trump than someone with a mind of his own. Plus his sleazy, vile, pedo-and-sexual-assault-loving character makes them look saintly by comparison.

He’s the only politician I’ve ever donated to. I did it the first time he ran for mayor. He was a business owner, he was talking about dealing with the homeless and his opponent was a green party member. I thought he’s about as good as it’s going to get in San Francisco.

I’ve met him a few times over the years at different events in the city. So I suppose I can say if he wins the presidency I’ve shaken a president’s hand. My wife and I also met at a restaurant he owns.

He’s a sharp and talented guy, he definitely has the look and he has a certain level of charisma.

When people call someone a politician and are using the term as a pejorative, that description would fit Gavin Newsom.

I know a handful of people who know Gavin and have interacted with him for decades and they’ll tell you that the politician term fits him.

He is highly ambitious. There is nothing wrong with ambition, but you can also see how it manifest itself in his behavior and what he’s willing to do to achieve it.

First not every jew, black and alphabet person is in the demoncrap party. Second I dont need to explain anything but if I was to explain it, id say the demoncrap party attracts people who Thomas Sowell, who apparently according to you is the only black non-demoncrap, calls first level thinkers. They see a white cop kill a black person, they therefore conclude that the white cop is racist. Its a simplistic world view that doesnt require a lot of thinking. It allows simple minded people to categorize people they dont like or disagree with and that makes them feel better to call people names like racist, misogynist, nazi, fascist, homophobe, transphobe, the list is endless
