Just make it even. I've always believed NOTHING is 100%. The left has difficulty with this.
Crime must be mitigated as best as possible as well. An ATTEMPT at stopping the needless suffering these imbeciles are causing would be nice. :cool:

If this is the best you can do, I'm guessing there are no mainstream Democrats or Leftists condoning the rioting.
