You do not have permanent immunity to COVID after you catch it the first time.

The most antibodies last in your system is 8 months, and that's rare.

he is old, morbidly fat, congenitally unhealthy, eats junk food, and does not exercise.

He could have multiple health problems obese old people are prone to.

It is extraordinary how in the course of 8 months he went from downplaying the virus and calling it a hoax, to being emergency airlifted and lying in a hospital bed with and oxygen respirator shoved down his throat, to throwing elbows to be first in line to secretly get a COVID vaccine.
