Trump maximizes the impact of his cruelty. He had a phalanx of ICE and FBI people arrest Lemon after 11:30 at night. That guaranteed he was going to spend the night in jail. Two courts refused to assist Trump's war against reporters. He shopped for one that would. Lemon's arrest was a message to all reporters. It was a signal to right-wing gnus that they were eventually going to be all that be left standing. Trump is a nasty, petty mean little man.

A grand jury INDICTED Lemon. Trump should have called the reporters to be at the hotel like they were at Stones home or at Mar a Largo.
 
Honestly this probably will not stick, the courts regularly err on the side of caution on this particular right, other rights they like to willy-nilly around...

Oddly this will be a double 1st Amendment battle. Did his actions where it appears he gathered folks together to violate the rights of others cross a line even the courts will not look past?
