E. Jean Carrol's 5 Million verdict STANDS. Trump must PAY.

Because many magats have declared E Jean won't see a cent of any of this money i want to make clear that Trump has NO PATH now to interrupt the payment flowing.

Trump had to have Bonds put in place to launch these appeals.

So the process is as follows now:

- E Jean IMMEDIATELY files to receive the funds from the Bond being held by the lower Court...
- Trump has a chance to jump in front of the Bond paying E Jean and to cut her a check directly (saving him some fees) and if not....
- E Jean gets paid by Bond release in what is typically 1-3 weeks at most...

Unlike where you see some litigants (Rudy Giuliani) who did not have to put up a bond leaving the winners to have to chase him to try and find his money and to press to seize and liquidate them, this is different. E Jean has clear sight to funds (the Bond) which no games can be played with. This Bond posting is in the lower Courts possession and the Court has sole discretion to release it once they review that the Superior court upheld the ruling and the SC rejected reviewing that. Thus the case is now back in the lower Court to finish and close this proceeding by distributing the funds.
