E Jean will have no issues at all getting this first $5M plus interest as Trump was forced to post a bond with the Court for these appeals.
With all the appeals now done it is the Court that simply has review the documents, sunmited by E Jean's lawyer showing all the appeals are done and the Court ruling held. At that point, which is simply an administrative check, they issue the check to E Jean.
This process will take 1-3 weeks typically.
