I prefer, all things being equal, that out leadership come from the regular people, not the wealthiest 1%.

I understand that I prefer our leadership not come from wealthy families who do not understand what it means to be an American. I do not like people who were born wealthy preaching to those born poor that all they have to do is work real hard. It is a lie.

Kamala Harris' mom was a cancer researcher with a PhD from Berkeley. Her father became an economics professor at Stanford. Those jobs may not pay millions but that's hardly growing up in some working class family.

I look at my own life. My father was in grad school when I was born. He earned a PhD and became a professor. My mom got her MBA. So no, my father did not make much money as a professor. But if you tried to sell me as coming from humble beginnings that's also crap because how many kids have parents as educated as mine.

And therein is the problem your whole world view revolves around your feelings. I don't care whether our leaders were rich or poor I only care about whether they have the best interest of america and Americans in mind.
