I had my adventures with a new drug on the streets in the mid 70's,called T.Was advertised as chemical Marijuana,THC.
Reality it was PCP animal tranquilizer.We didn't find this out,till we all had done way to much,in a short period of time.

My sister just got out of the hospital with cellulitis -they gave her (7) 5 mg. hydrocodone. WTF.
Big pharma didn't do it. ignorance and hiding dope use did it. I am pretty hip on all this being where I come from

If you are then you will abuse pain meds as well, if you aren't you use them for pain, and then put them down.

But people think weed is the same potential for pain relief. i don't have the heart to dissuade them otherwise,
just like I wouldn't tell someone they took a placebo if they got relief.
Not that weed isn't useless -it can really help - it's just the pharmacology is different then opoids
