Germany under the Nazis may be a better example. The Weimar Republic was a thriving democracy but after Hitler rose to power press freedoms and even books gave way to Nazi propaganda and German freedoms faded away. Hitler saw an enemy in an uncontrolled press just as our asshole President does. Unlike Hitler, there isn't much Trump can do about it. This kerfuffle is pretty much the limit.

but after Biden was installed through the 2020 stolen election, conservative groups and online media were censored into silence, and American freedoms faded away. While Obama was President, the IRS was directed to persecute conservative groups just as the brown shirts persecuted Jews.

Hitler was like Hillary Clinton, i.e. only permitting favorable, vetted propaganda to be reported. Trump, on the other hand, is charged by We the People to remove obstacles preventing the Us from being well-informed. CNN, MS NOW and Politico were only lying to the public, yet they were occupying seats that could have been given to honest reporting outlets. Trump rightfully ejected the obstacles to Our being informed.

Hitler/Democrats - Propaganda, Censorship, lying to the public ( Adam Schiff / Karine Jean-Pierre anyone ? )

Trump - Transparency, working hard for We the People to keep us well informed.
