727 arrests were made within weeks following Jan 6. Somewhere between 40-80 have been locked up for over a year with no charges.

No. 727 arrests were not made within weeks. Only about 158 arrests were made within the first 4 weeks after Jan 6th.
Everyone that is currently in jail has an indictment which means they were charged. The indictments are available here - https://www.justice.gov/usao-dc/capitol-breach-cases You can read them if you are capable of reading yourself.
Ray Epps testified under penalty of perjury that he was not working for any law enforcement and never had. There is no evidence that Epps entered the Capitol.

You are still wrong. No one has been locked up for a year without charges. In the US, it would be impossible to hold anyone for a week or more without some kind of an indictment and bail hearing.
I see you have no evidence of Epps committing a crime.
Those being held have been charged with crimes. What the crime they committed doesn't really affect your lies that you are now trying to pretend you didn't tell.
You claimed 700 people had been arrested within weeks. That is false as your headline clearly shows. It took a year for 700 people to be arrested.
You said they have not been charged. That is false as the indictments are available to read for every one of those arrested.
It seems you are either really stupid or a really bad liar.
You also claimed 40-80 people had been in jail for over a year. That is also false. Fewer than 20 people had been arrested one year ago. If one is arrested 360 days ago it would be impossible for them to be in jail for over a year.
Edit - Only 12 people had been arrested on Jan 12, 2021 or earlier. That is exactly one year prior to your claim that 40-80 had been in jail for over a year.

Thanks for the detail. It is nice to know that everyone involved has been promptly charged and let out of jail.
Odd that Marjorie Taylor Greene visited many where were still locked up without bail in early November 2021. Maybe that was a different group of "insurrectionists". If you wish to know how many Greene had contact with, you have to ask her as it doesn't seem easy to find details on the internet.

With respect to Ray Epps, it is against federal law to incite a riot which is very clear on the different days that Mr. Epps was bellowing into his bullhorn. No one had been held in jail for over a year since no one was arrested over a year ago. How stupid are you? It seems you think repeating such obvious lies makes you look smart. it doesn't.
Some have been held for more than 10 months but none for over a year which was your claim.
11 were charged with sedition. Sedition carries a sentence of 20 years. Insurrection only has a sentence of 10 years. I guess sedition is the worse crime. Maybe you should complain no one has been charged with jay walking.
Since you want Epps charged then you must also want Mo Brooks and Donald Trump charged with inciting a riot since their statements were about the same as Epps. If you don't want Trump and Brooks charged then you clearly don't know your ass from the hole in your head.
