FED Just Screwed Trump & USA

FED JUST SCREWED TRUMP & AMERICA: Raising Rates Hurts Real Estate Most — Which Just Had Its Worst Number Since Financial Crisis

President Trump said the “Fed is crazy.” He’s right.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/20...-had-its-worst-number-since-financial-crisis/

this was the subject of the thread

and idiot quoting idiots to be able to lick trumpy ass

exactly when should the feds increase interest rates?

when the economy needs them raised to stabilize the economy

I predicted the crash idiot

I said Iraq had no weapons before we went in

I have a track record here of being proven correct after the fact right here for you to view

Its why grind hates it when I bump old thread to prove it

you don't have such a record here huh idiot

YOU are not a liberal

you are here to spew hate on this great nation

please bumptheold threads to prove it

You know what's funny Desh, you haven't made a single comment on the thread topic. You present yourself as an economic sage who supposedly predicted the last recession but now you are unable to speak economics, the Fed and QE?

You say you own real estate. This thread should be right in your wheelhouse yet you don't have a clue

Translation:

Get ready for Republicans to blame the fed, Obama, and Hillary for the coming Trump Great Recession.

The Fed is not attached to any of them. Trump didn't raise interest rates, the Fed did. Obama didn't cause the last crash, neither did Bush. The Fed did.

The real estate market is in a bubble because of the Fed. How long should the Fed keep the bubble going? You think it can go forever? You're like Cypress, you think there are no negative repercussions for years of zero interest rates

Not just real estate. The student loan market is also in a bubble. The stock market is also, but the largest bubbles seem to be in student and real estate loans.
Looks like that's where the coming crash will center upon. The trouble is, student loan debt can't be discharged in a bankruptcy.

What will the government do? Subsidize the losses or allow the students to go into slavery?

Capitalism lurches from crisis to crisis, this bubble will end the way the last one did, and then we'll redistribute even more societal wealth to the aristocracy. Again.

WRONG. Capitalism is not in play here. Fascism is. The Fed is an oligarchy using price controls on money itself.

Capitalism is the ONLY system that creates wealth. Socialism (including fascism) can only exist by stealing wealth. Capitalism BUILT every city, every town, every county, and every State in the United States. It built it out of NOTHING but wilderness when there was no government, no 'elite' making decision for them, NOTHING.

oh my mistake

I was PROVEN CORRECT after the fact

I told them we were in big economic trouble when all the sub prime came due

they excoriated me for it

then it turned out I was correct

and the weapons in Iraq

and a few other things too

Russian influence in the war and use of WP in Iraq on civilians

Didn't take much to know Bush was lying just as it did not take much to see we were heading for a recession. The same intelligence should tell you we are about to see a repeat.

Interest rates are still historically low.

Fuck Trump. He's a clueless idiot.

Yeah, and they shit in outdoor outhouses then, too.

Who takes of the street where you live, Rufus? You and your neighbors?

There's no real estate bubble. Sure...QE 1-3 were meant to free up borrowing for building, but the real winners were the banks who didn't pass the rates along. Meanwhile, there are stricter regulations for lenders/borrowers, and the market is nothing like it was just before the crash.

Wacko tends to drink and post a bit too often.

Greatest consequence is that the Fed will lack the means to deal with another recession
The impending recession will come because the stimulators of the economy...the middle class...got nothing from the massive tax giveaway. Corp. profits are up. Jobs still going overseas at a record pace. Dividends are up.

Salaries are going nowhere. The Fed can't help these people anyway.

Fair enough. I don't think the Fed knows either. But it's the economic reality of what we are dealing with right now.

I do not know anything about QEs or any other acronym economists used. Most of the people who profess to be economic experts and use all the related jargon did not see the Great Republican Recession coming, nor how bad it would be.

I base my opinion on life experience, and based on reading experts I trust.

The worst economic recessions in my adult life all happened with a Republican in the white house. Reagan's 1982-83 recession, and the George Dumbya recession were the worst economic meltdown's since the great depression. In addition, I believe every recession we have had in my adult life has occurred during the term of a Republican president. Finally, many experts have crunched the numbers and have shown that, on average, the economy does better under Democratic administration over the long term. Recessions are by nature, almost a Republican-thing.

I might be wrong about this, but a lot of people seem to think Trump is setting us up for a downturn, a significant recession, and Mr. Trillion Dollar Deficits is putting us in a position where we will not have the flexibility to deal with a downturn like we did last time.
