FED Just Screwed Trump & USA

WRONG. Capitalism is not in play here. Fascism is. The Fed is an oligarchy using price controls on money itself.

Capitalism is the ONLY system that creates wealth. Socialism (including fascism) can only exist by stealing wealth. Capitalism BUILT every city, every town, every county, and every State in the United States. It built it out of NOTHING but wilderness when there was no government, no 'elite' making decision for them, NOTHING.
That's a bit of a stretch. Capitalism did not build any roads/bridges/canals. Nor any infrastructure. Nor any power plant.

Sure...when we had dirt roads and horses and buggies, a barter system loosely based on Capitalism 'built' towns.

I do not know anything about QEs or any other acronym economists used. Most of the people who profess to be economic experts and use all the related jargon did not see the Great Republican Recession coming, nor how bad it would be.
Or, they knew, and were more than happy to make billions riding the market back up.

I base my opinion on life experience, and based on reading experts I trust.

The worst economic recessions in my adult life all happened with a Republican in the white house. Reagan's 1982-83 recession, and the George Dumbya recession were the worst economic meltdown's since the great depression. In addition, I believe every recession we have had in my adult life has occurred during the term of a Republican president. Finally, many experts have crunched the numbers and have shown that, on average, the economy does better under Democratic administration over the long term. Recessions are by nature, almost a Republican-thing.
Reagan's worst damage came to fruition under Bush 1. Still a republican in the WH, but what we tend to see is that Republican policies often takes years to bear rotten fruit after a brief period of flourishing. Bush the lesser's recession would have been blamed on Obama, had it not happened just before the election.

I might be wrong about this, but a lot of people seem to think Trump is setting us up for a downturn, a significant recession, and Mr. Trillion Dollar Deficits is putting us in a position where we will not have the flexibility to deal with a downturn like we did last time.
That's his business model. Leverage until it can't be supported anymore, and then default.

This one is going to be bad.

For most of us. Not the trump cronies.

There's no real estate bubble.
Yes, there is. There is also a student loans bubble.
Sure...QE 1-3 were meant to free up borrowing for building, but the real winners were the banks who didn't pass the rates along.
They did.
Meanwhile, there are stricter regulations for lenders/borrowers, and the market is nothing like it was just before the crash.
None. The market is forming up in the same way as the last crash, but with this additional factor.

The impending recession will come because the stimulators of the economy...the middle class...got nothing from the massive tax giveaway.
Not money that wasn't taxed that was instead invested in industry and creating wealth, eh?
Corp. profits are up.
Good.
Jobs still going overseas at a record pace.
No, they are coming back. Perhaps you missed it.
Dividends are up.
Good.
Salaries are going nowhere.
No, many are rising.
The Fed can't help these people anyway.
True. All this is happening despite the Fed, not because of it.

I do not know anything about QEs or any other acronym economists used. Most of the people who profess to be economic experts and use all the related jargon did not see the Great Republican Recession coming, nor how bad it would be.
It is caused by the Fed, not the Republicans or the Democrats.

You are cherry picking.
The worst economic recessions in my adult life all happened with a Republican in the white house.
Did you forget the dot.com bust? Oops. Last year of the Clinton administration. However, it was the Fed, not the Democrats.
Reagan's 1982-83 recession,
Did you forget the 2nd oil crisis? Carter. Oops. No, the recession during Reagan's term was again caused by the Fed, not the Republicans.
and the George Dumbya recession were the worst economic meltdown's since the great depression.
Nope. Caused by the Fed yet again. Since you mentioned the Great Depression, did you know that FDR took a normal downturn caused by market overspeculation and made the Great Depression Great? A Democrat. Oops.
In addition, I believe every recession we have had in my adult life has occurred during the term of a Republican president.
Neither party is responsible. The Fed is.
Finally, many experts have crunched the numbers and have shown that, on average, the economy does better under Democratic administration over the long term. Recessions are by nature, almost a Republican-thing.
No, It's a Fed thing. Each recession is caused by price controls on money itself.
I might be wrong about this, but a lot of people seem to think Trump is setting us up for a downturn, a significant recession, and Mr. Trillion Dollar Deficits is putting us in a position where we will not have the flexibility to deal with a downturn like we did last time.
The United States has few options left. Further, since there are no commodity based currencies anymore, it's an international race to the bottom. There is nothing to stop it this time. The world has never been here before.

That's a bit of a stretch. Capitalism did not build any roads/bridges/canals.
It built all three. Today's roads are paved with PRIVATE companies making asphalt, concrete, and even the gravel and sand for the road. It is PRIVATE industry that makes the steel for the bridges and roads. It is PRIVATE industry that makes the machinery to make the canals and tunnels. Other private companies also lay a lot of road, build bridges, or dig canals. Private companies build the safety systems we use today. Private companies even stripe the road.
Nor any infrastructure.
They DO build infrastructure. They built not only roads, but power lines, substations, water supply systems, sewage treatment plants and their systems, and on and on.
Nor any power plant.
Most power plants are PRIVATELY owned. So are most oil wells. So are most refineries. So are most nuclear plants. The equipment IN those plants is built by other PRIVATE companies.
Sure...when we had dirt roads and horses and buggies, a barter system loosely based on Capitalism 'built' towns.
You really have no clue, do you?

Capitalism lurches from crisis to crisis, this bubble will end the way the last one did, and then we'll redistribute even more societal wealth to the aristocracy. Again.

Whereas Marxism just stays in constant crisis. Which model do you think better represents reality, or have you managed to live a crisis-free existence within a bubble?

Yes, there is. There is also a student loans bubble.
I guess you'd have to give us your definition of 'bubble'.

Sure they did

Although the average rate on a fixed 30-year mortgage reached 3.4 percent this week – a record low – mortgage rates could be lower if banks passed on the full drop in their funding costs.
“For banks which are mortgage originators this [QE3] was some of the best news they could possibly have heard,” said Steven Abrahams, mortgage strategist at Deutsche. “They will continue originating loans and selling them into the market at a significant premium.”

The interest banks pay on mortgage bonds has dropped from 2.36 percent on September 12, the day before the Fed announced its program, to as low as 1.65 percent last week. It edged up to 1.85 percent on Monday.

That means the profit, or spread, banks earn from creating new mortgages for homeowners paying around 3.4 percent and selling the loans into the secondary market has risen to around 1.6 percent. That is higher than the 1.44 percent spread they pocketed before QE3 and significantly greater than the 0.5 percent they earned on average in the decade between 2000 and 2010.

None. The market is forming up in the same way as the last crash, but with this additional factor.
Not even close. But I guess you would have had to be paying attention to the last crash to know the difference.

Not money that wasn't taxed that was instead invested in industry and creating wealth, eh?
Stock buybacks are not 'investments in the industry. Wealth creation is the issue. It seems to work like a hot air balloon.

Good only if it increases wages/jobs. Thus far, it hasn't. For more than 10 years.

No, they are coming back. Perhaps you missed it.
All evidence to the contrary.

Good only for those who have investments. That's the point you are trying to argue against, without a clue as to what you are talking about.

No, many are rising.
LMAO. Of course they are. 2% or so. Do you know how to do first grade math, or do I have to illustrate how silly you sound?

True. All this is happening despite the Fed, not because of it.
Interesting. So you disagree with the premise of this thread. First intelligent claim you've made thus far.
