Federal agents have searched Democratic U.S. Rep. Ilhan Omar’s home as part of a criminal investigation

Main Grounds of Deportability Under INA § 237(a)
The statute divides deportability into several broad categories:

1. Inadmissible at Time of Entry or Adjustment / Status Violations [1]
  • Inadmissibility at entry: Being inadmissible under the law at the time of entry or adjustment of status.
  • Present in violation of law: Being in the U.S. in violation of the INA or any other federal law (e.g., an expired nonimmigrant visa or revoked status).
  • Failure to maintain nonimmigrant status: Breaking the conditions of admission or student/work status.
  • Conditional permanent residence termination: Having conditional green card status terminated (such as through marriage fraud).
  • ***Smuggling and marriage fraud: Aiding unlawful entry (within specific windows) or engaging in marriage fraud.*** (Asterisks are mine)

2. Criminal Offenses [1]
  • Crimes Involving Moral Turpitude (CIMT): Conviction for a crime involving moral turpitude committed within a certain timeframe after admission (carrying a potential sentence of one year or more), or multiple distinct CIMT convictions. [1]
  • Aggravated felonies: Conviction for an aggravated felony at any time after admission. [1]
  • Controlled substance violations: Convictions or violations related to illicit drugs or being a drug abuser/addict (with a narrow exception for a single minor marijuana possession offense of 30 grams or less). [1, 2]
  • Firearm offenses: Unlawfully possessing or carrying a weapon or firearm. [1, 2]
  • Domestic violence, stalking, and child abuse: Convictions for domestic violence, stalking, child abuse, neglect, or violation of a protective order. [1]

3. Failure to Register and Document Falsification [1]
  • Failure to change address: Willfully failing to notify the government of an address change under INA § 265.
  • Document or registration fraud: Convictions for falsifying documents, visa fraud, or final administrative orders regarding document fraud.
  • False claim to U.S. citizenship: Falsely representing oneself as a U.S. citizen for any purpose or benefit under federal or state law. [1, 2]

4. Security, Terrorism, and Related Grounds [1]
  • Espionage, sabotage, or treason: Engaging in activities that endanger national security or public safety.
  • Terrorist activities: Involvement with terrorist organizations or acts.

If the Security of State determines any of these violations to be valid, he has the authority to deport and it is not reviewable by a judge.

***Conclusive Evidence: Once the Secretary makes a foreign policy-based determination of deportability under specific statutory provisions (such as INA § 237), that determination is treated as conclusive evidence in removal proceedings, meaning immigration judges cannot review the underlying foreign policy rationale.*** (Asterisks are mine)

I hope they went through her underwear drawers as happened to Melania Trump.

A metaphor is a figure of speech that directly compares two unrelated things by stating that one thing is another to create a vivid image or explain an idea. [1, 2, 3]

Common Examples
“Life is a journey.” -Suggests life has unexpected turns, paths, and experiences.

I sincerely hope that she embarks on a “journey.”

Omar is a US citizen,

Omar is an illegal alien.

Her illegal and fraudulent entry into America nullifies her naturalization.

She won't be deported, corrupt Obama judges will make sure of that. But I suspect she will be expelled from congress.

Her fellow fraudster Tampon Timmy will appoint her replacement, so the balance between Communists and Americans won't change. But she is very likely to be tossed out on her Jihadi ass.

It’s “foreign policy based.”

NTW, Never Truthful Walt, doesn't care about laws - he serves the party.

Corrupt Obama Judges will keep her from being deported, but she'll be tossed from the house.

You can say random things on the internet, but you cannot prove them in court, so cannot denaturalize her.

Do you see how that works?
You pretend that it is a proceeding, NTW. She is effectively already denaturalized. She entered the country illegally under fraudulent circumstances. No one needs to go to court to have her denaturalized. Her citizenship is null and void - it was never legitimate.

She is an illegal alien - period.

I acknowledge that you Communists have enough corrupt Obama judges to block deportation. But she always has been and remains an illegal alien. Her committee assignments have already been suspended. Republicans should move quickly on expulsion.

I wish it would go that way - but the Communists will block it, as they always do.

Every scrap of paperwork related to her entry into America had been in their hands from the beginning. Trump controls immigration, including all the records. This is Trump using the government for political points. This is how Trump operates, and it is shameful.
Due process takes time. He said he was going to deport criminals and now her number came up. Biden let so many in the country it's a big job. Fuck off Nordy.

Trump would be prosecuted if he had lied about his birthdate.
Trump has been prosecuted for being born.

Hell, party thug Engoring falsified the value of Mar-A-Lago to prosecute Trump.
I particularly loved the value-of-his-property bullshit. The bank approved the loan based on the value of his property, and Trump paid it off with interest. These rabid bastards failed again.

Is Omar a legal citizen? That seems to be in question, and quite possibly that is the reason the obama appointed signed off on the warrant.

Pretty amazing that DC U.S. Magistrate Judge Matthew Sharbaugh was indeed appointed by Obama. I guess this means that not every Obama appointee to the bench is corrupt.

They can't deport citizens.
Wrong, illiterate cult member, Pobre.

I just spoke with a State Dept. person in Sec. Rubio’s office and the nice lady said that Omar can be deported, without immigration judges’ review of the underlying foreign policy rationale.

You are becoming more and more irrelevant, Pobre.

Review ‘there” and “they’re.”
