You blatantly lied yesterday that Omar was a citizen when her father fraudulently brought her to this country. Some sort of weird reverse birthright citizenship.

But of course that isn't how it works.

Omar was a resident alien until she reached the age of majority at 18 - at which time she applied to become a naturalized citizen, per U.S. Code 18.

She committed perjury on her application by claiming she had legal status to be in the United States.

The US government recognizes her as a citizen. They issued her a US passport. That means she is a US citizen under the law.

Naturalizations can not be voided. They can only be revoked through the courts. I have posted the relevant requirements.
