Normal people can admit that, sometimes they feel like they are going crazy. As such, yes, sometimes I have to ask myself if I'm being rational or irrational. If irrational then the next question is "Why?"

It's always a factor of too much emotion. Emotion ruling reason. Usually anger, but fear is a common factor for many too. Letting go of fear and anger is the first step back to rationality since emotion often clouds one's ability to reason.

Oddly, truly insane people believe they are 100% correct 100% of the time. Is that you, Sybil? Do you believe you are 100% correct 100% of the time?
