Let's say, before that shooter killed those 12 innocent victims in California this week, someone had tipped off the police and were able to show the police an Email they received from the shooter, that described the shooter's intentions to go into that bar, and kill every one in it, etc.

Do you think the police are just going to say,"Can't do anything here because this individual has 2nd and 4th amendment rights"?
