Again, how is that obvious? What reason did the family have to want the father disarmed? Did he make his kids clean their rooms or something? That would definitely warrant the death penalty. Right? But it does not prevent the State from restricting those "arms". You do understand that the term "arms" includes missiles, bazookas, hand grenades, etc., right?

And the Second does not address an individuals right to bear arms. It is addressing the right of a member of a militia.

the country club shooter had police called to his house many times and a mental team was called in also
