At the start of this, I think we knew the answer to that. The press conference (which curiously was held at the RNC) was the bizarre rantings of insane people. An unhinged clown show. But here's the bottom line.... there is not one lawsuit that's been filed alleging voter fraud. NOT ONE. Every one of these bogus lawsuits has involved objections to the vote counting process. There is no investigation of voting machines. There is no lawsuit that alleges that the machines were used as part of a plot. This was kabuki theater. The cult will never accept that their guy lost. It will never happen, and for that reason, there is no unifying with them. They need to dismissed, just as their cult leader has now been dismissed. Until they recant and admit that Biden won this election and that their cult leader is trying to overthrow a free and fair election, they have no right to engage in discourse.

The GOP is dead, Trump* and his crew are just playing with the corpse. Parts of their old ideology live on, but they no longer have a vehicle to promote it, unless they couple it to the nationalist bandwagon.
Agreed to a very large extent. There will always be a conservative point of view, but it might not be the Republican party presenting it. The Party of Trump never did present a conservative POV.

I have always respected, as much as disagreed with, the Republicans economic point of view. It is a respectable and logic based position, its the Authoritarian, Nationalists, Prejudicial wing that I detest and that has taken over.
Agreed. I feel exactly the same way about Democrats too. I could understand the "Bleeding Heart" POV, but will never respect an authoritarian POV no matter who is presenting it.
