Trump is pumped full dexamethasone, which is a steroid that can cause, among other things, psychotic episodes, mood swings, and hallucinations.

Once that steroid wears off, he'll be right back to where he was before.

They only give that steroid to patients with severe cases.

So Trump definitely fees better right now...which he should, because that's what steroids do.

The next 48-72 hours are going to be crucial, once that steroid wears off.

He can't just keep injecting himself with it. Doing so will cause a cardiac event.

I hope he has to be put on a ventilator for 30 days, and the day he gets off it is the day after Biden is declared the winner.

Trump's running on steroids right now. Once the dexamethasone wears off...oy vey...he will probably decline pretty quickly and will need to be airlifted back to Walter Reed.

That's a good point about the steroids. I've also read that doctors tend to be overzealous when treating VIPs, often to the patients' detriment.

One has to wonder if he's leaving the hospital at his own insistence or on the doctors' recommendation.

You know Trump is going to keep insisting on the steroids because they have the greatest instant impact...but if you keep pumping him full of steroids, his heart (or kidneys) will explode.

I think Trump is doing terrible, and the White House and GOP are basically rebooting Weekend At Bernie's.

Trump didn't beat COVID...he's on dexamethasone, which is a steroid they give the most severe patients.

So of course he thinks he's doing well...he's on a steroid.

Once that steroid wears off, his condition will take a turn and he'll decline again. I bet by the end of the week, we're going to hear of another medical episode, or he'll be back to Walter Reed.

They can't keep pumping him full of steroids because his heart and/or kidney's will literally explode.

But maybe that's what Pence wants...after all, Pence is head of the COVID Task Force that got his boss sick.
