Reagan left office in January 1989 and died in June of 2004. 15.5 years the average life expectancy is 3 to 11 years. It is unlikely that Reagan had Alzheimer's before leaving office.

I think its sad that demmycunts would avoid a scientific test and leave it to politics......I don't know if Biden is too mentally incompetent......maybe we should give the fucking idiot a scientific test and find out.....and THAT is the fucking point.....

What scientific test determines if a person is mentally incompetent? I think you believe this question has a scientific answer when it is often very subjective unless the person is totally looney.

When there is a large subjective element then politics plays a role with the president's party believing he is competent and the opposing party believing he is not. Recent court cases involving Brittany Spears and her father and Buzz Aldrin and his children were about their mental competency to run their own lives.

Such psychiatric examinations often reach contradictory conclusions about their competency; so, it is not that cut and dried.

Not true according to those in his administration. They used to manipulate press conferences so he had a narrow spectrum of facts to learn. You could not be more wrong.
There are several mental competency screening exams. They are objective methods of evaluating mental competency.

Spears is Bipolar and when she is on meds she is competent but when she is off medication she is not mentally competent. I am unfamiliar with Aldrin's case.

Regardless if you can't pass a mental competency exam you are by definition not mental competent. The court system depends on these test to judge competency all the time.

The only test discussed in this thread is the MoCA which is a test for mild cognitive disfunction. If that is the test we use to determine if a person is mentally competent to be president we are setting a very low bar.

Trump passed the MoCA but he still did not how to honor his pledge to uphold the Constitution. I want a president with a higher level of mental comprehension than somebody willing to overturn a constitutional procedure to count electoral votes.

I don't think we do. We have impeachment, elections, resignation, and the 25th Amendment to get rid of an incompetent person.

Based on the JPP posters, the Republicans think Biden is incompetent and the Democrats think he is not. Obviously, none of those opinions are based on a mental competency test. I'm not sure a test would change any minds.

The only test is performance. Biden is doing a great job as President. Only standard we need.

Agreed. If a person is not satisfied with the president's performance he should vote against him. Being dissatisfied does not mean the president is mentally incompetent. 81.2 million voted against Trump not because he was mentally incompetent but because they disapproved of his performance.
