• Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) on Tuesday called on Americans to vote against President Trump ahead of the midterm elections to change U.S. policy toward Tehran and accept the offer of a “peaceful coexistence.”
  
  IRGC spokesperson Gen. Hossein Mohebbi made the request in a 25-page letter, marking seven months since Iran’s conflict with the U.S. and Israel began in late February.
  
  
  “You are the ones who empower, with your votes, the government and allow it to do what it does,” the letter, obtained by The Times of Israel, reads. “Although American politicians often win your votes through deception and false promises, as Trump did, you can change the makeup of the government if you apply the criteria for good leadership in choosing the people you vote into office.”
  
  The IRGC also suggested the U.S. and Israel are losing the war, while noting the United States is a great nation. But, he added, “to allow vulgar and immoral individuals to continue steering your politics and policies will only further humiliate and undermine the U.S.”
